ABSTRACT
Introduction: Acne vulgaris may lead to persistent sequelae, including post-inflammatory erythema, hyperpigmentation, and atrophic scarring. Multimodal regenerative approaches combining autologous biological therapies with light-based devices are increasingly used in clinical practice, although published clinical evidence remains limited. Case Presentations: We report 3 female patients with distinct acne-related skin sequelae: (1) post-inflammatory erythema with active inflammatory lesions, (2) post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation with residual acne activity, and (3) atrophic acne scarring.
